TERMS OF SERVICE
1. THE SERVICE
Bridge Attack ("the Service") is a free browser game available at bridgeattack.com, including its solo, campaign, daily, and multiplayer modes. By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
- A guest account is created automatically on your device. You may optionally secure it with an email address or Google account so it can be recovered.
- You are responsible for the devices and sign-in methods that can access your account. Anyone with your emailed sign-in code or transfer code can access it.
- Callsigns are pseudonyms shown publicly. We may rename or reclaim callsigns that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
3. FAIR PLAY
The whole game rests on everyone fighting the same battle. You agree not to:
- submit forged results, tamper with match recordings, or use modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or falsify leaderboard entries;
- exploit bugs to disrupt other players (report bugs instead — [email protected]);
- harass other players, including through callsigns, avatars, or taunt spam;
- overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service's infrastructure, or circumvent its rate limits;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may remove results, replays, or accounts involved in any of the above.
4. YOUR CONTENT
You keep whatever rights you have in your callsign and avatar. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display them as part of operating the Service — on leaderboards, in matches, and alongside replays. Replays and challenge links you share are public by design: anyone with the link can view them.
5. THE GAME IS OURS
The Service — its code, art, audio, characters, and the announcer's opinions — is owned by the operator of Bridge Attack or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play it. You may not resell the Service or misrepresent it as your own.
6. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It is a living game: features, balance, content, and these terms may change, and features may be modified or discontinued. We will post updated terms here with a new effective date; continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Bridge Attack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, ranks, medals, or bragging rights, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero — it's free).
8. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Bridge Attack from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.
9. TERMINATION
You can stop playing at any time, and may request account deletion via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections 4–8 survive termination.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of residence of the Service's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
